-       Provide a Full and Clear Description of Your Innovation

Applicants must submit a detailed and well-structured description of their innovation. The submission should clearly outline:

• The purpose and function of the innovation
• Its significance or impact within its field or industry
• Any measurable outcomes, results, or benefits
• The development process or methodology behind the innovation

Applications that lack sufficient detail or clarity may not be considered for review.

Applicants are also encouraged to upload supporting attachments—such as case studies, reports, visuals, or documentation—that help demonstrate the effectiveness or impact of their innovation.

-       Accuracy and Applicant Responsibility

By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
• They assume full responsibility for the content submitted
• Any misleading, unverifiable, or false information may result in disqualification

GInI may request additional clarification or supporting evidence at any stage of the evaluation process.

-       Consequences of Incomplete or Misleading Submissions

Applications that are incomplete, poorly written, or lack accuracy will be discarded without further consideration.
