Why Can’t I Access My Exam After Payment?

Access to the exam is not provided immediately after payment.

To proceed, an exam application must be submitted through the GInI Portal. Once submitted, the application is reviewed, and approval is typically completed within up to 48 hours. Exam access is granted only after this approval. For help with exam registration, please refer to this article.

Why your exam access is not available yet:

  • The exam application has not been submitted

  • The application is still under review

Steps to review your application status:

  • Log in to the GInI Portal

  • Navigate to the Exam Application section

  • Confirm that your application has been submitted and review its current status

If the application has been submitted and the review period has exceeded 48 hours, please contact support for further assistance.
